GDPR COMPLIANCE
Blending critical expertise from the legal, business and IT sectors, GAGDPR creates and implements action plans that will guide and support clients to comprehensive data protection compliance.
A three-stage approach is followed:

The aim is to provide a holistic compliance plan with regard to the requirements of GDPR, in terms of both organizational and technical measures, the implementation of which, will allow clients to reduce the risk of non-compliance.

DPO SERVICES
- We advise and educate clients on their obligations pursuant to GDPR and to other European Union or Member State data protection provisions.
- We monitor compliance to GDPR, as well as other European Union or Member State data protection provisions, and the policies of the controller or processor in relation to the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and training of staff involved in processing operations, as well as the related audits.
- We provide advice in relation to the Data Protection Impact Assessment and monitor its performance pursuant to Article 35.
- We cooperate with the supervisory authority.
- We act as the contact point for the supervisory authority on issues relating to processing, including ‘prior consultation’ referred to in Article 36, and to consult, where appropriate, with regard to any other matter.
TRAINING AND AWARENESS
Our training focuses on the following areas: a) Raising awareness and gaining the relevant skills on the company level and b) Providing relevant knowledge primarily to business and law professionals who want to become certified DPO Executives.
- We train corporate staff and privacy professionals on premise, we recommend certification systems, and help companies take the right decisions on the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect their business. The specific service is targeted to make clients familiar with the new requirements of GDPR. An overview of all necessary changes that need to be implemented, as well as the methodology to be followed at all levels of information is provided, in order to achieve full compliance with new legislation, and avoid fines during an investigation by the supervisory authority.
